Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before completing your purchase. By registering for and purchasing access to the Scrub Club Method workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
1. PARTIES AND AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC, a Michigan limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual purchasing access to the workshop ("Participant," "you," or "your").
By completing your purchase, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you are of legal age to make purchases and enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, and that you are agreeing to these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of a business entity you are authorized to represent.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Scrub Club Method: Find, Onboard, and Train Cleaners Workshop ("Workshop") is a live, online educational program delivered by Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC. The Workshop is designed to assist cleaning business owners in building hiring, onboarding, and training systems for their businesses.
Workshop Details: Start Date: April 15, 2026 Format: Live virtual sessions held every weeknight (Monday through Friday) at 9:00pm Eastern Time Duration: Approximately 4 weeks Price: $197.00 USD, one-time payment Replays: Session recordings will be made available to registered Participants
Workshop Materials: The Workshop includes access to the following resources (collectively, "Materials"):
Live virtual sessions with the Workshop instructor
Session recordings made available after each live session
Thirteen (13) template documents and worksheets including but not limited to: Ideal Candidate Profile Worksheet, Source Strategy Questionnaire, Hiring Ad Framework, Interview Stage Map, Non-Negotiables Checklist, Candidate Scorecard, Hiring SOP Outline, Onboarding Checklist, Welcome Packet Outline, Who Does What Sheet, Trainer Manual, Trainee Manual, and Aftercare Sequence
Any supplementary materials provided by the instructor during the Workshop period
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for the Workshop is due in full at the time of registration. The Workshop fee is $197.00 USD. Payment is processed through the payment gateway hosted by GoHighLevel. Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC does not store your payment card information.
Your registration is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed in full. We reserve the right to deny access to the Workshop if payment is not successfully completed.
All prices are listed in United States Dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4. REFUND POLICY
We stand behind the quality of the Workshop and want every Participant to feel confident in their purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:
Eligibility for Refund: You are eligible for a full refund of $197.00 USD under the following conditions:
You attend the first live session of the Workshop in its entirety
You submit your refund request by email to [email protected] before the start of the second live session
Both conditions must be satisfied. A refund request submitted after the second live session has begun will not be honored, regardless of whether you attended any sessions.
How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" before the second live session begins. Include your full name and the email address used at registration. Refunds that meet the eligibility criteria will be processed within ten (10) business days of the approved request.
Non-Refundable Circumstances: No refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
You did not attend the first live session
Your refund request was submitted after the second live session began
You have downloaded, accessed, or used any of the Workshop Materials beyond the first live session
You request a refund based solely on inability to attend sessions, as replays are available for all registered Participants
Note: Attending the first live session is the threshold for refund eligibility. If you are unable to attend the first session live, the replay does not substitute for attendance for purposes of this policy.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PERMITTED USE
All content delivered as part of the Workshop, including but not limited to live session recordings, presentation slides, template documents, worksheets, frameworks, scripts, written materials, methodologies, and any other resources provided to Participants (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), are and remain the sole and exclusive property of Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC.
License Granted to Participants: Upon purchase and subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Materials for your own personal business purposes only. This license permits you to:
Access, view, and download the Materials for your own use
Customize the template documents for use within your own cleaning business
Reference the frameworks and methodologies in operating your own business
Prohibited Uses: You are expressly prohibited from the following without prior written consent from Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC:
Sharing, distributing, forwarding, or transmitting any Materials to any third party
Reselling, licensing, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing any Materials
Publishing, posting, or publicly displaying any Materials including on social media, websites, or online communities
Using any Materials to create, develop, or deliver your own competing course, workshop, program, or educational product
Reproducing or repackaging the Workshop methodology, frameworks, or templates as your own original work
Removing or altering any copyright notices, branding, or proprietary markings from any Materials
Unauthorized use of the Intellectual Property constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.
6. SESSION RECORDINGS AND USE OF CONTENT
Recording of Sessions: All live Workshop sessions will be recorded by Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC. By registering for the Workshop, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded during any live session you attend.
Company Rights to Recordings: Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC retains full ownership of all session recordings and reserves the right to use, edit, repurpose, and distribute recordings in any format and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to creating future courses, promotional content, or other educational products. Your participation in a live session constitutes your consent to this use.
Participant Recordings Prohibited: You may not record, screenshot, screen-capture, or otherwise reproduce any portion of any live session or replay without the prior written consent of Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC. Unauthorized recording constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
7. DISCLAIMER OF RESULTS
The Workshop is educational in nature. Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding the results, outcomes, or business performance you may experience as a result of participating in the Workshop or using the Materials.
Your results will depend on many factors outside the Company's control, including but not limited to your individual effort, your local market conditions, your existing business structure, your implementation of the systems taught, and other variables specific to your situation.
Any examples, case studies, or descriptions of outcomes referenced in the Workshop or in any marketing materials are illustrative only and are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results. Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC expressly disclaims any and all liability for results or outcomes, or lack thereof, arising from your participation in the Workshop.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Workshop or your use of the Materials, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the total liability of Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC to you for any claims arising out of or related to this Agreement exceed the amount you paid for the Workshop, which is $197.00 USD.
9. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
By participating in the Workshop, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner during all live sessions and in any community spaces associated with the Workshop. Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Workshop without refund if the Participant engages in disruptive, abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate conduct, as determined at the sole discretion of the Company.
10. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ACCESS
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology, internet access, and equipment to participate in the Workshop. Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC is not responsible for technical difficulties on your end that prevent you from accessing live sessions or Materials. Technical difficulties do not constitute grounds for a refund outside of the refund policy stated in Section 4.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Workshop platform is accessible and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any downtime, technical failures, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms or service providers.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE WORKSHOP
Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the Workshop schedule, format, content, or delivery method. In the event of significant changes, registered Participants will be notified by email at the address provided at registration. Modifications that do not substantially alter the nature or value of the Workshop do not entitle Participants to a refund outside of the policy stated in Section 4.
12. PRIVACY
Any personal information you provide in connection with your Workshop registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Workshop and communicating with you about the Workshop. Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Workshop or as required by law. Payment information is processed by GoHighLevel and is not stored by Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Workshop shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in the State of Michigan in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC with respect to the Workshop and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of Scrub Club Cleaning Service LLC to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
